Indiana University Dance marathon

Brothers during Indiana University Dance Marathon.

Matt McPartlin ’18 and Matt Spector ’19 were both heavily involved with an event near and dear to Indiana University, the Indiana University Dance Marathon. They both served as members of a committee and played a vital role in raising more than $4 million, which will benefit the children at Riley Hospital. Former High Alpha, Danny O’Connor ’18, was a member of the Grand High Zeta and was one of five selected of 11,000 undergraduates to serve on the student advisory committee, which is a remarkable feat. We commend these three brothers for their efforts and enthusiasm to give back to the community.

Volunteer Work

Lambda Chi Alpha also accumulated a total of 1,000 service hours in 2013 alone. We are also planning on creating a new philanthropy next year called the watermelon bust.
